Unique Advantage offers four programs to supplement our three
core services: Temporary staffing, Temporary-to-Hire placement,
and Direct-Hire search. Each is offered independently and provides
the ultimate in full service, flexibility, ease of doing business,
and current technology. Above all, each program represents our
commitment to the mutual success of each Unique Advantage Client
and Associate.
- Single Source Provider. Unique Advantage
is accountable for meeting all Client human resourcing requirements,
including handling relationships with other staffing agencies.
We provide a dedicated representative who works on or off
site, depending upon their needs and volume.
- On-Location Services. Unique Advantage provides a
dedicated On-Location Manager to coordinate and administer
recruitment, screening, interviewing, and assignment of Temporary
and Temporary-to-Hire Associates. The On-Location Manager
is supported by a team of experts who forecasts, plans, allocates,
and assigns resources as needed to meet the Client's daily
servicing needs and longer-term objectives.
- Partnered Recruiting. This program includes multiple
recruiting, screening, and interviewing services to either
expand, support, or completely manage a Client's workforce
outreach program. For example, Unique Advantage and the Client
can co-recruit through cooperative advertising and/or job
fairs. Unique Advantage can then pre-screen and prepare a
selection of qualified candidates, all competitively positioned
- Outplacement. This program helps employees transition
from downsized companies through training in effective job
search techniques. It includes seminars, self-assessment tools,
coaching, interviewing tips, career-development workshops,
and training in computer skills. Unlike traditional outplacement
firms, Advantage often can help people to shorten their job
search by placing them in positions that generate income during
the transition period and that may lead to eventual long-term
career opportunities.
